The services and related enquiries are to be delivered only via mediums such as Phone, Chat and e-mail. The onsite module is not included as a mode for providing services.
Futuretechsupport.com would not be liable to provide support for any hardware issues related to PCs, Servers, Printers, Routers and Wireless Access Devices or any physical components or peripherals.
Futuretechsupport.com does not offer replacements or takes any responsibility for any malfunctioning computer component or peripheral.
No warranty on hardware and software covered under any of the support plans.
Futuretechsupport.com is not responsible for maintaining security of a PC including username and password. Futuretechsupport.com could not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting due to a failure to comply with a security obligation.
Users are requested not to share their device or computer username or password with support technicians, if done accidentally the password must be changed immediately.
Futuretechsupport.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from a data theft on a userís computer. Users must actively monitor a remote session initiated by Futuretechsupport.com technician. The failure to do so and any data theft or loss from an unattended remote session or the absence of a technician would absolve Futuretechsupport.com from any consequences. Service provide by Futuretechsupport.com should not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose by the user. Clients should not end up violating any rights applying to their jurisdictional territory.
All actions and interactions with regards to computer support should be in compliance with cyber laws of India/US or oneís country of residence.
Futuretechsupport.com as a merchant would be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of any decline of authorization for any Transaction. Nor at any time would a liability become binding in the case of a cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon by the acquiring bank at any time.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
For buying services online, a valid credit card is required. Futuretechsupport.com in this case has every right to either accept or reject a demand made via a credit card or electronic check.
Our support plans start from the very day on which the agreement is signed or the payment is realized.
For any of the plan by Futuretechsupport.com services are billed in advance and is non-refundable for the same month on which registered.
If the user is not satisfied with the service and hasnít received a successful resolution for a single issue concerning his PC or reported device within 7 working days; a full refund with no questions asked is to be made by Futuretechsupport.com.
The failure to fix would lead to a complete refund of the amount. In case even if one issue is fixed, the client is not entitled to full refund.
Futuretechsupport.com reserves the right to either deduct a minimum of $79.95 or 25% of the total amount charged whichever is higher. For X number of cases resolved a charge would be made and rest of the amount would be refunded.
All service charges are inclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of India, and you shall also be held responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, if levied in your country.
No banking details will be stored by Futuretechsupport.com. Nor at any point in time charges are levied without any explicit consent.
Users can change an annual plan to an incident based plan. A revert of the extra amount payed will be made at the behest of terms and conditions suggested by an account manager.
Cancellation and Termination
Subscribers are solely responsible for cancelling an account. Request over the phone for cancellation of an account must be made to an account manager and in return an acknowledgement of the same should be received by a Subscribers.
Subscribers data stored would be immediately archived on active servers for being used anytime in the future.
Cancellation of the service before the end of the paid up month will lead to an immediate cancellation and the client would not be charged again.
Futuretechsupport.com reserves the right to either suspend or terminate an account and refuse any current or future use of the Service. The reasons for such an action can be related to unauthorized access of a portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of services, availing services for PC other than the one currently registered with Futuretechsupport.com. The termination of service would not only lead to deactivation or deletion of an account but also access to any Futuretechsupport.com Service.
Use of any illegal software would result in cancellation of an account by Futuretechsupport.com. Futuretechsupport.com holds the right to refuse services to a client at any time because of any reason mentioned in the paragraph.
